To prepare for her career, Joanne completed a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) in Perth at Curtin University, followed by a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at La Trobe University.
She has taken the following:

- APA Sports Level 1
- APPI Pilates Matwork and Reformer Certification Series
- APPI – Ante and Postnatal Pilates Course
- Lyn Watson Shoulder Course – Level 1
- Dean Watson Headache Course – Level 2
- Acupuncture, Muscles and Pain Course
Joanne’s role at Complete Care Health Ellenbrook involves mentoring staff, improving patient outcomes and growing the physiotherapy component of our practice. She also supports complex musculoskeletal cases presenting to massage therapists, chiropractors and referrals from our local doctors.
Her particular areas of interest include shoulder conditions, headaches, work-related injuries, supporting pre/postnatal women, and athletic injuries.
